Our Story & CPO Philosophy

My passion for collecting watches led me to vintage timepieces, where that passion quickly turned into an obsession. Each vintage watch carries its own history, story, character, origin, and charm. Because of this, no two pieces can be evaluated under the same scope.

I have been fortunate to work with collectors, watchmakers, and watch brands, and to co-found a Watch Collector Group. These experiences helped me develop a higher standard for evaluating pre-owned and especially vintage watches — with a deep specialization in vintage chronographs and dive watches from iconic Swiss brands including Omega, Breitling, Heuer, and Rolex.

Our CPO Program — Certified Authentic Pre-Owned Vintage & Luxury Watches by Experts Watches — is built on a 30-point inspection checklist that continues to evolve and improve. The last thing I want as a seller is to have a watch come back — or worse, have an unhappy customer. That is why I introduced our CPO program.

Some of our watches are over 90 years old, while others are much newer. Each one is different, but every watch is tested to provide our customers with a clear and honest snapshot of its condition. Some dealers avoid deep inspections due to the time and cost involved — but when you operate out of passion, practicality often takes a back seat.

Every watch we offer undergoes a comprehensive evaluation designed for serious collectors who value originality, accuracy, and full transparency. We maintain originality whenever possible — parts are never replaced unless absolutely necessary, and servicing is performed only when required to ensure proper mechanical performance.

Extensive Functional Testing & Mechanical Verification

Beyond cosmetic inspection, each watch undergoes full functional testing to ensure proper operation and long-term reliability:

• Manual winding and automatic rotor freedom
• Time-setting smoothness and hand alignment at 12 o'clock
• Date, day, and month change — standard and quickset — including triple date and perpetual calendar complications
• Chronograph start, stop, and reset-to-zero accuracy
• Amplitude and beat error evaluation
• Power reserve performance verification
• Crown and pusher operation
• Lume behavior and consistency across dial and hands
• Demagnetization when necessary

When servicing is required, movements are carefully disassembled, cleaned, lubricated, regulated, and reassembled using original manufacturer parts only. Cosmetic components are never replaced unless absolutely necessary to preserve authenticity and collector value.
