All watches are shipped fully insured for their full value. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears and passes our security checks. During high-volume periods or holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

USPS international shipments can take up to 30 days due to customs processing. Once cleared from the US, tracking continues via your local postal service (Royal Mail, Canada Post, La Poste, PostNord, etc.). Delivery times outside the USA are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Free domestic shipping applies to most watches on our website. International shipping is calculated by weight and destination. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for items shipped outside the continental USA, oversized packaging, or addresses requiring surcharges.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to California are subject to sales tax. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government or carrier. Experts Watches is not responsible for any duties or fees on outbound or returned shipments. Contact us with any questions.

Insurance

Every watch we ship is fully insured for its purchase value. If your watch is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately and retain all original packaging and shipping materials for the insurance claim. Claims can take 30–60 days to process. Refunds for lost or stolen packages are issued only upon approval and payment of the insurance claim.
