Q: I just need an appraisal for my watch — do you offer that?

Yes — we are happy to help with watch appraisals. Fill out the form above with your watch information and let us know you are looking for an appraisal rather than a sale. Our appraisal process starts at $50 and goes up from there depending on the level of detail and documentation required. For high-value or rare pieces, a full appraisal may require us to physically examine the watch — and in some cases we can obtain an extract or archive record directly from the manufacturer to support the appraisal.

Q: Do I need the original box and papers?

Box and papers add value but are not required. We evaluate each watch on its own merits — condition, originality, and market demand. Please include photos of any accessories you have.

Q: How do I ship my watch safely?

Once we agree on a price, we will provide shipping instructions. We recommend insured, trackable shipping such as USPS Registered Mail or FedEx with declared value. We do offer discounted shipping labels on request, which are deducted from your payout.

Q: How and when do I get paid?

Payment is made promptly upon receipt and inspection of your watch. We pay via bank transfer, Zelle, check, or PayPal — whichever is most convenient for you.

Q: Can I trade my watch instead of selling?
