Please be mindful that the majority of our products are vintage or even antique, with many decades of wear and use. As with a vintage automobile, regular maintenance and care is recommended and required to ensure the lasting reliability of the timepiece. None of our timepieces are guaranteed water-resistant. We offer professional vintage watch repair and maintenance services for an additional charge. Our expert network of watchmakers in the United States and worldwide can help ensure your timepiece continues to perform at its best.

📦 Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your watch and jewelry purchase from EXPERTS WATCHES. We have built our business around referrals from our most satisfied customers. We stand behind all the watches we sell, and we guarantee your satisfaction. That is one of the main reasons for the creation of our Certified Pre-Owned 30-point inspection checklist.

We display numerous high-resolution photographs of each timepiece. We encourage customers to review all the details, descriptions, and photographs before making a purchase decision. Please review our detailed SPECIFICATION table section.

Items purchased from our inventory may be returned within 3 days. Returns are subject to store credit unless otherwise requested. You must email us to receive a return authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must return the item in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and accessories.

🔍 Refund & Return Inspection Policy

We will conduct a thorough inspection of any returned item—including watch straps and accessories. Provided the watch or item is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a refund or store credit (less a 15% restocking fee, any damages, shipping, and insurance costs) after the item is received back into our possession.

⚠️ The buyer assumes all risk when returning items. International buyers also accept additional risk due to restrictions on shipping Rolex and other high-end watches to the U.S. from foreign countries and are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees.

🔍 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to as store credit Unless requested, we will refund credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, though it may take longer depending on inspection time or holidays.

🚚 Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us first to get the return authorization. Please don’t return items without authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to or from will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For all items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
