We want you to be 100% satisfied with your watch and jewelry purchase from EXPERTS WATCHES. We have built our business around referrals from our most satisfied customers. We stand behind all the watches we sell, and we guarantee your satisfaction. That is one of the main reasons for creation of our Certified Pre-Owned 30-point inspection check list.
We display numerous high-resolution photographs of each timepiece. We encourage customers to review all the details, descriptions, or photographs before making a purchase decision.
Please review our detailed SPECIFICATION section, with a full brake down of each section in our easy-to-read table format. Don’t hesitate to contact us for additional information. We are top 1% Vintage Watch Dealer, with most detailed watch specifications.
Items that were purchased from our inventory may be returned within 3 days for a refund. In order to qualify a refund, you must email us to discuss the situation and receive shipping authorization. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Please note all returns are subject to a restocking fee)
Item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging & condition. This is inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, warranties, and so on as shipped by EXPERTS WATCHES. Item must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches or any indication that the watch has been worn, sized, or opened in any manner.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover any fees, financing charges, insurance costs, watchmaker inspections, and expenses. Plus, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from.
Restocking fees may be waived on exchanges of higher value (subject to inspection). Returns and exchanges will be refused if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way. We also have the option of evaluating the condition of the watch for damages based on amount of alterations and refund the amount minus the damages, expenses and restocking fee.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, in addition to above statements (if applicable)
- Purchased item has with obvious signs of use, worn, or altered etc.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
- Any charges or cost incurred due falsification, misrepresentation, misinformation, damaging, and etc. will be passed down to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, this might take longer based on amount inspection or holidays.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should contact us first to get the return authorization. Please don’t return items without authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of ship to or return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For all items you should be using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
